Patna High Court verdict on 70th BPSC Re-Exam: The 70th BPSC preliminary examination will not be again. This decision has come from Patna High Court on Friday (March 28, 2025). With the decision, all those candidates have suffered a big setback who wanted to have a re-exam. With this decision, the state government and Bihar Public Service Commission have got a big relief.

On the other hand, the court has also ordered to conduct the main examination. The date of Mains exam has been fixed by the Commission on 25 to 30 April. After this decision of Patna High Court, many candidates have been disappointed. Meanwhile, reactions have also started coming. Teacher Guru Rahman has said that he will file a petition in the Supreme Court against this decision.

The commission had already said no disturbance

Let us know that the preliminary examination of 70th BPSC was held on 13 December 2024. The exam of Bapu Examination Complex, only a center in Patna, was again taken on January 4, 2025. The candidates demanded that the examination be taken again. However, in its reply, the Commission had told the court that all the allegations of the petitioners are wrong. There is no disturbance anywhere. After this, the court refused to stop the results of the PT examination.
