Paytm New App 2025: Paytm (One97 Communications Limited), a payments company serving small and medium enterprises, has introduced a completely new version of its flagship app. Artificial Intelligence (AI) based features have been added to make everyday transactions streamlined and personalized for users.

It introduces a clean user interface with over 15 new features, making payments faster and better for customers across the country, including non-resident Indians (NRIs) from 12 countries.

New features are based on AI

This new app is based on AI, so it can understand spending trends, automatically settle transactions and provide personalized information. Vijay Shekhar Sharma, Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Paytm, said, “We have introduced the new Paytm app with an improved design, new AI-based experience and innovation that makes it the best payments app.

With this, we are using AI in payments, where the app understands your spending and settles it automatically. He said, “We are also giving away ‘Gold Coins’ on every payment, which can be redeemed into real digital gold, so that every Paytm payment becomes a golden payment.”

Introduction of reminders feature

Under the Reminders feature, it sends you information about your various payments through alerts ahead of time. So that no payment is missed. The Reminders feature identifies your regular expenses like tuition fees, house rent etc. and sends you reminders. So that you get to know about it in time and you do not miss any payment.
