Punjab Kings won by 18 runs

Simran Singh (0), Shreyas Iyer (9), Marcus Stoinis (4), Nehal Vadhera (9) and Glenn Maxwell (1) were under pressure after falling the top 5 wickets at 83 but Priyansh Arya scored a wonderful century. Apart from him, Shashank Singh (29) and Marco Jansen (34) also scored important runs.

In response, Chennai Super Kings could score 201 runs and lost the match by 18 runs. Punjab Kings had to use 7 of their bowlers, the most wickets were taken by Lucky Ferguson. He took 2 wickets for 40 runs in 4 overs. Priyansh Arya was adjudged the Player of the Match for this brilliant innings.
