UPPSC PCS Main Exam 2025 Schedule: Important news has come out for the candidates preparing for government jobs in Uttar Pradesh. UPPSC has released the complete schedule of the main examination of Combined State / Senior Subordinate Services i.e. PCS-2025. All the dates and times related to the examination have been made available on the official website of the Commission. Along with this, the Commission has also changed the time period of some question papers in the advertisement released earlier.

PCS Main Exam 2025 will be conducted in two major cities of the state. This examination will be conducted in Prayagraj and Lucknow. The Commission has made it clear that the examination will be conducted simultaneously in both the cities, so that all the candidates can get equal facilities. The examination will start from March 29 and the final paper will be held on April 1. The first session will be from 9 am to 12 noon. The second session will run from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

The first paper will be held from 29th March

On the first day of the examination i.e. on 29th March, examination of two important subjects will be held. There will be general Hindi question paper in the first session. After this, essay examination will be conducted in the second session. According to the Commission, both these papers are very important to test the language and expression ability of the candidates.

Two papers of General Studies on 30th March

Two question papers of General Studies will be conducted on 30th March. The examination for General Studies first question paper will be held in the morning session. General Studies II question paper will be conducted in the afternoon session. In these papers, questions related to history, geography, politics, economy and society will be asked.

Two papers on 31st March

Candidates will have to give two papers on 31st March also. In the first session, there will be an examination for General Studies III question paper. After this, General Studies IV question paper will be conducted in the second session. In these papers, the analytical ability and administrative understanding of the candidates will be tested.

Exam will end on 1st April

The last day of PCS Main exam will be 1st April. On this day, in the first session, the examination of General Studies 5th question paper will be conducted. Whereas in the second and final session, General Studies VI question paper will be organized. With this the journey of PCS Main Exam 2025 will be completed.
