Delhi Capitals (DC) mentor Kevin Peterson praised wicketkeeper batsman KL Rahul. He said that the way KL Rahul has performed in IPL 2025, I think he fits as a wicketkeeper-batsman in India’s T20 International team.

Rahul last played the match for India in the T20 World Cup in 2022, where he scored only 128 runs in six innings at a strike rate of 120.75. If the run did not come out of the bat, he also had to face criticism. But since joining DC in IPL 2025, Rahul has changed his style of playing T20. Rahul is now batting more aggressive. He has scored 364 runs in eight matches with an average of 60.67 and a strike-rate of 146.18.

However, Peterson appreciated Rahul for showing his intention to change his view in T20 cricket.

He said, "KL has been doing very well since last year. We saw how he finished some matches for India, the Champions Trophy in Dubai is an example of this. & Nbsp; I saw many changes in Rahul.
