How to get Ayushman card made?

1. First of all you have to go to the government portal beneficiary.nhai.gov.in.
2. Login there using your mobile number and complete the verification process by entering OTP.
3. After login, the beneficiary dashboard will open, where you have to search by entering your name, state, district and Aadhaar number.
4. After this the list of your family members will appear. You have to click on the action button given next to their name.
5. The e-KYC process has to be completed by giving OTP through Aadhaar number.
6. After this, if your Aadhaar verification is successful and the matching score is 80% then Ayushman card will be approved.
7. After this, go to Capture Photo and click on it and upload the photo.
8. Then fill all the information in the new form and submit it.
