4. Here a new page of feedback will open, in which the registered mobile number and LPG ID will have to be filled for gas subsidy.
5. As soon as you fill this information, all the information related to your gas subsidy will be visible to you.
6. Here you can see all the information related to subsidy. Along with this, you can also lodge a complaint if you do not receive gas subsidy money.
7. Apart from this, you can also file a complaint on pgportal.gov.in.

Complain by calling toll free number

If the subsidy money does not come even after the cylinder is booked, then first of all you should wait for at least 4 days. If even after this the subsidy money does not come to your account, then call the toll free number 1800-2333-555. The customer service representative on this number will resolve your complaint and the update will be sent to your mobile number.

Help of Rs 450 for gas refill

Women will also get relief from rising prices of LPG. Chief Minister Mohan Yadav will send Rs 450 as gas refill assistance to the account of more than 31 lakh sisters on the same day. This help will be provided under both PM Ujjwala Yojana and non-Ujjwala scheme. According to the government, an amount of more than Rs 48 crore will be transferred to single click.

1500 rupees installment from Bhai Dooj

The wait for Ladli sisters to get 1500 rupees every month is no longer long. CM Mohan Yadav has already announced that from Bhai Dooj i.e. 23 October 2025, every sister will start getting an installment of Rs 1500.
