Regarding e-KYC, the bank has said that it should be completed under any circumstances. If a customer does not complete his e-KYC, his account may be closed. That means, the accounts of such customers who are not following the rules will be closed.

If you want that your account is not closed, then first of all you should go to the bank and complete e-KYC. For this you can complete the process by visiting your nearest Punjab National Bank branch. Also, do not forget to take important documents with you while going to the bank. Along with e-KYC, it is also important to deposit some money in the account, so that your account does not remain a zero balance account.
