In Pakistan occupied Kashmir (POK), rebellion against Pakistani government and army has been going on for the last 35 days. Yesterday, the protesters in PoK termed Pakistan’s lie about ‘freedom of Kashmir’ as ‘churan’ and said that this ‘churan’ is no longer going to be sold in PoK.

Sardar Javed Iqbal, a member of the Awami Action Committee, at the Idgah ground in Rawalakot, said, “For 78 years, we were sold churan with the promise that we will liberate Srinagar, but this churan has become old. Now sell this churan to anyone who wants to go from Rawalakot to Rawalpindi because Kashmiris will no longer eat this churan.”

Regarding Pakistan’s double standards, Iqbal said that the people of PoK were kept as the beacon of a truck in Srinagar for 78 years. The PoK which you call free, there is such freedom that if you ask for flour then you will be shot, if you ask for electricity then you will be shot, if you ask for water then you will be shot, if you ask for rule then you will be shot. He further said that now that pill is not making any difference to us and it is not a headache pill which we will take again and again, this pill is also the last pill.

‘The child will kill the child, PoK will not become a province’
More than 60 thousand protesters present at the Eidgah ground in Rawalkot raised slogans regarding POK that “The child will be cut, POK will not become a suba (state of Pakistan).” The 35-day-long protest once again witnessed the looting of the Pakistani Army. Pakistani Army broke the shutter of a shop in Tatta Pani area of ​​PoK and stole food items and cash kept from the shop. Awami Action Committee has also shared the video of the theft act of Pakistani Army and Police.

appeal to people to unite
Regarding the proposed march in Muzaffarabad, convener Sardar Umar Nazir appealed to the people from the stage of Rawalakot to unite. Sardar Aman Khan warned the puppet government of PoK and the Maulanas supporting the Pakistani government and said that after July 15, do not run to Rawalpindi, stay here. Aman Khan appealed to people from other parts of PoK to come towards Rawalakot as soon as possible.

Muzaffarabad march will write the new script of PoK

Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK) has been boiling for the last several days. Thousands of people gathered on the streets in Rawalakot protesting against the Pakistani government. He has said this many times. According to Sodhi, Pakistan will have to leave PoK on the same lines as many countries separated from the Soviet Union in 1991. The Soviet Union broke up and divided into 15 countries. On similar lines, PoK will also break away from Pakistan and join India.

How does POK operate?
According to a report by NDTV, PoK is operated from the Joint Secretary level office from the capital Islamabad. Interim constitutional amendments have been made in it from time to time. However, the local administration has little control here. This is clear from the list of 38 demands which are the main reason for these protests. After the formation of Joint Awami Action Committee (JAAC) in 2023, all the demands were made together.

Who are included in JAAC?
JAAC includes local transporters, shopkeepers and common business people. Pension of retired teachers in PoK has also been stopped. Its leaders are also from middle class families. After seeking India’s intervention, a reward of one crore Pakistani rupees has been placed on Sardar Aman Khan. Panjab University lawyer Khwaja Mehran had accused the Pakistani Army of giving guns to Kashmiris, in such a situation it is difficult for them to survive.

Demands of the people of PoK
They are demanding compensation for those killed in the protests that took place in the last two years. These include those people who were shot by the Pakistani police for protesting against the rising prices of flour and electricity. Other demands include an international airport in Mirpur, better hospital facilities, lower tax on property transfer and allocation of Rs 10 billion to fix the dilapidated electricity network. Even though PoK is the main source of electricity for Pakistan, yet this area does not get electricity.

India has always claimed PoK as its own. Not only this, PoK is also included in the map of India. However, India is maintaining distance regarding interference in PoK. Pakistani Rangers opened fire

In the pictures from Idgah ground of Rawalakot, it is clearly visible how Pakistani Rangers and PoK police are firing on the protesters at 4.30 in the morning. This firing was done yesterday, a day before the demonstration to mark the completion of one month of the firing by the Pakistani government in PoK.

Let us tell you that 11 people have been injured in this firing, however, even after the firing, Idgah ground of Rawalakot is still packed for the 26th day, people are raising slogans and playing tabla and warning the Pakistani government before the demonstration to be held in the entire PoK tomorrow.

Khwaja Mehran’s appeal

Khawaja Mehran, one of the main organizers of the protest, appealed to the people of PoK living abroad to come out tomorrow in their support against the repression by the Pakistani army. The protesters challenged the Pakistani government
Taking the name of the Deputy Commissioner of Rawalkot, Aman Khan said that Deputy Commissioner Rawalkot, you used to organize rallies here with guns and swords, do you remember and you will call us terrorists, all these people (protesters) are the heirs of this land. In the ongoing rebellion at Idgah ground, the protesters once again reminded the Pakistani government in strong words that PoK is not a part of it.

Sardar Aman Khan said that Pakistan dreams that PoK is its protected area. It dreams of making Kashmiris its slaves but neither the people of PoK are slaves of Pakistan, nor are their ancestors slaves of Pakistan nor will the future generations be slaves of Pakistan.

Big warning to Shahbaz government
The protesters warned the Pakistani government and said that they have only one way to talk to the protesters and accept their demands. Otherwise, if 80 thousand people gathered in Rawalakot from different cities of PoK reach Muzaffarabad, then it will not be about 38 demands but about getting PoK vacated from Pakistan.

A crowd of more than 70 thousand people has gathered in Rawalakot and more than 20 thousand Pakistani Army soldiers, Rangers and Sindh Police have surrounded Poonch district of PoJK. In such a situation, it remains to be seen in which direction this rebellion of PoJK will ultimately go.
