But the good thing is that there are some easy and effective methods, by adopting which you can calm your mind and get relief from stress. In such a situation, today let us tell you some easy methods by adopting which you can remove your mental stress.</p>
<p><strong>1. Breathing Technique</strong></p>
<p>Breathing technique is considered to be the simplest and easiest. Whenever you feel tension or restlessness, try 4-7-8 breathing technique. For this, take a deep breath through the nose for 4 seconds, then hold the breath for 7 seconds and after that slowly exhale through the mouth for 8 seconds. Repeating this 3 to 5 times calms the mind and makes the body feel relaxed.</p>
<p><strong>2. Progressive Muscle Relaxation</strong></p>
<p>When you feel stress in the body, you can adopt progressive muscle relaxation technique. For this, sit in a quiet place and tighten and release the muscles of each part of the body one by one. Start it from the feet and then go to the thighs, stomach, shoulders and neck. This exercise makes the body stress free and brings the mind into relaxed mode.</p>
<p><strong>3. Mindfulness Meditation</strong></p>
<p>Mindfulness meditation can reduce the stress of your entire day in just 5 to 10 minutes. For this, sit in a quiet place, close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing. After this, whatever thoughts come to your mind, do not judge them, just let them come and go. This method connects you to the present and removes negative thoughts.</p>
<p><strong>4. Embrace yourself</strong></p>
<p>Hugging yourself during times of stress is considered a very effective way to reduce stress. For this, slowly hold yourself tightly with both hands and remain like this for a few seconds. In this way the mind feels security and peace. This technique releases oxytocin hormone in the body which improves the mood.</p>
<p><strong>5. Do doodling or creative activities</strong></p>
<p>When your mind feels very heavy, make some drawings on paper, color, write your thoughts or start gardening. This creative work shifts your focus from stress to something positive. This makes the mind feel light immediately.</p>
<p><strong>6. Take a mindful walk and try music therapy</strong></p>
<p>Just a 10-minute walk can change your mood.  While walking, pay attention to the sound of your footsteps, the coolness of the air and the rhythm of your breathing. This mindful walk brings you into the present and can reduce mental stress. Apart from this, music has a direct impact on our mood. Every small work done in the morning can make your whole day good. This makes you feel energetic, happy and healthy. According to experts, if we sleep on time at night and wake up early in the morning, then our body and mind benefit greatly. Morning time is very special. As soon as we get up, every small task done at that time can make our whole day unreasonable or bad.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">At the same time, many people think how the day will go, it depends on the day. However, our morning habits decide our day. When you wake up in the morning, the first one hour is also called Golden Hour, because this time is when both your body and brain are absolutely fresh and energetic. If you spend this time with good habits, then you have positive thinking, focus and energy throughout the day. <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>1. Take a long finger as soon as you get up </strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">After sleeping overnight, it is very important to take the muscles of our body and to activate the joints. Doing so increases blood circulation in the body, activates the brain, removes sleep and lethargy and makes the joints flexible. You can also do light stretching lying on the bed. Keep in mind that the water should not be cold, lukewarm or normal temperature and drinking on an empty stomach is most beneficial. </p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Working on the screen throughout the day makes the eyes tired. As soon as you wake up in the morning, the eyes are cleaned by hitting cold water on the eyes. Then he has to spit. This removes the smell of the mouth, the teeth and gums are strong, the face becomes glowing and the skin of the face remains tight.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Morning food is most important. You can take fruits, juices, oats, or light and healthy food.
