Prateik had said, ‘I shot Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na. Later I went to Whistling Wood. Sometimes I would study here and sometimes I would study somewhere else. At that time I didn’t know what I was doing. I lived two years of my life as if I did not belong to this world. After that I was thrown out from there because of drugs. I went to the rehab center again and again.

Made shocking revelation on bonding with father Raj
While answering a question, Prateek had said, ‘My father had no time for me. Everyone used to tell me stories of my mother’s success. I would have liked it but I always wondered why mother was not with me. I also considered my father responsible for all this. The situation was such that my distance with my father increased. Then later I removed the surname Babbar from my name. However, with time his relations with his father Raj Babbar improved.
