Raipur News: President Draupadi Murmu has praised the people of Chhattisgarh. He said that Chhattisgarh is good. The President started the speech with Jai Johar. Addressing the program, President Draupadi Murmu said, “I have come here 5-6 times before. People here are very good. Just as you consider Bargarh, Sambalpur as part of Chhattisgarh, we also consider Raipur as part of Odisha.” He said that there is a limit to delimitation but there is no wall of heart. We are all one by heart. Whether it is Chhattisgarh or Odisha. Addressing the Silver Jubilee celebrations, the President said that the end of Naxalism from Chhattisgarh is now in the last phase.

President Draupadi Murmu’s address in the assembly

He said, “Our soldiers are fighting a decisive battle against Naxalism very bravely. The development schemes of the state government are proving to be helpful in the fight against Naxalism. Youth are joining the mainstream by Naxalism and Maoism.” The President said that the role of all of you as an MLA is very important. Women have got special support in Chhattisgarh Assembly. He called upon women MLAs to continuously move forward in every sphere of life.

Remember the first woman MP of the state

The President said that the state of Chhattisgarh is a symbol of Mother India in the true sense. She recalled the contribution of the state’s first female MP Minimata. Said that Minimata represented the state in the Lok Sabha 5 times in a row. Significantly, Draupadi Murmu is the third President to address the Chhattisgarh Assembly. Earlier, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam and Pratibha Devi Patil have addressed the Chhattisgarh Assembly. President Draupadi Murmu stayed in Chhattisgarh Assembly for about 1 hour. He also planted a step plant in the assembly premises.

Chhattisgarh news: President Draupadi Murmu will visit Raipur on Monday, March 24, on a tour of Chhattisgarh. The year 2025 is being celebrated as a silver jubilee year. The Chhattisgarh government has specially invited the President in the silver jubilee year of the assembly. The President will also discuss with the MLAs in the enlightenment program.

In democracy, the President will share the responsibility of the MLAs, the development of the assembly and the progress of the state. Preparations for the President’s program have been completed. Strong security arrangements have also been made. Changes have been made in the traffic system in view of the visit of President Draupadi Murmu.

According to the program, the President’s aircraft will reach Raipur Airport at 10 am. The President’s convoy will leave directly to the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly. Between 10 am and 1 pm, passengers will be able to use the old terminal via airport turning to battalion. Draupadi Murmu, who addressed the assembly, is the third President after Dr. Abdul Kalam and Pratibha Patil.

President Draupadi Murmu visits Chhattisgarh

President Draupadi Murmu will stay in Chhattisgarh Assembly for about 45 minutes. In view of the President’s visit, adequate security arrangements have been made. The route from Raipur Airport to Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly has been declared no Mans Land. The administration has made changes in the traffic system.

Final rehearsal of security completed

No person will be allowed to come to No Mans Land from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. The final rehearsal of security has been completed on Sunday. The security of the President is divided into 4 sectors. More than 700 police personnel and officers will be deployed in traffic and security system. The responsibility of security of the President has been entrusted to IG Raipur and SSP.
