Jamiat Ulema-e-Hindi on Gaza-Israel War: Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind has expressed displeasure over the US veto on the proposal presented in the United Nations amidst the destruction and ruin of Israel and Gaza. Maulana Arshad Madni, president of Jamiat Ulama -e -Hind, said that by vetoing the proposal of the United Nations Security Council, it has become clear that America is the biggest enemy of humanity.

Not passed due to America UNSC Proposal of Jamiat Ulama e Hind

Jamiat Ulama A Hind said in her statement that an important proposal was introduced by 14 out of 15 members of the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) in the context of immediate access to human assistance between Israeli and Hamas, immediate access to human assistance in Gaza. But despite voting in support of 14 out of 15 members, the Security Council failed to pass this resolution due to the use of US veto power.

Reacting strongly to America’s veto on the proposal of a permanent ceasefire against Israeli’s constant bombing and atrocities against Palestinians in Gaza, Maulana Arshad Madni, president of Jamiat Ulama -e -Hind, said, “14 countries had presented this excellent proposal, but America did not support it. He is at number one among the partners. ” He said, “America wants Jews to be settled here by freeing Gaza, but Allah will never do this.”

The establishment of an independent and sovereign country is a permanent solution to the Palestine issue- Maulana Madani

Maulana Madani further said, “From the very beginning of Jamiat Ulama -e -Hind it believes that the establishment of an independent and sovereign country is a permanent solution to the Palestine issue. In these unimaginable and dangerous circumstances, the unfair support of the US and its President’s cruel Israel is extremely embarrassing and condemnable.”

Saluting the courage and bravery of Gaza’s fighters, Maulana Madani said, “America, Israel and all the countries which want to completely end Hamas, still fail badly today. To keep this landscape the rest, about one lakh martyrs of Gaza have given their blood.” He said, “Jamiat Ulama -e -Independence assures the freedom fighters of Philistan of his heartfelt condolences and fully supports their demand for freedom.”

Jamiat Ulema-e-Hindi: On October 21, 2024, a three-member bench led by former Chief Justice DY Chandrachud, on the petition of Maulana Arshad Madni, President of Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind, banned any action and all those notices against Islamic madrasas. The court had said that till the time the notice is issued by the court, if any notice or order in this regard is issued by the Central or State Government, then the ban on it will continue.

Despite this stay of the Supreme Court, unilateral action against the dargahs, Idgahs and cemeteries in all the Muslim -dominated districts of Uttar Pradesh, which meet Nepal, is not only indiscriminately, but so far hundreds of madrasas have been declared unconstitutional.

In a statement issued by Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind, according to sources, it was said that many madrasas are also being demolished. Surprisingly, despite having a valid documents, this campaign is going on, due to which there has been a wave of serious concern and fear among Muslims. The Supreme Court had banned action against madrasas on the petition filed by Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind and now a new campaign has been started against madrasas.

Jamiat conference will be organized to register protest

Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind is going to organize “Madrasa Suraksha Sammelan” at Jamia Sharia Faizaul Uloom located in Sarai Mir, Azamgarh on 1 June 2025 with a view to registering his strong protest against him and to decide the advice and consultation strategy of the responsibilities of madrasas.

He said, “While security has been provided to all minority educational institutions under Section 30 (1) of the Constitution, the freedom of conscience under section 25 and under 26, minorities have been given complete freedom to management of their religious educational institutions.”

Supreme Court has been commenting on the right of minorities

He said, “The Supreme Court has also been constantly commenting that no interference can be intervened in the rights given to the minorities under these sections. 2014 In 2014, the five -member bench of the Supreme Court had decided that the Right to Education Act 2009 will not apply to these educational institutions which are being run by the minorities and also a section 1 (5) of its sections, the same type of pests, the school, the same type Educational institutions will not apply. “
