Nitish Kumar, who established his ace in the politics of Bihar, not only changed the picture of the state but also strengthened the social and political structure. This is the reason why this time too the NDA alliance under his leadership crossed the 200 mark. Nitish Kumar, who has a political career spanning four decades, will take oath as the Chief Minister of Bihar for the 10th time. In such a situation, today we are telling about his political career. If we look at the journey of Nitish Kumar, known for his strategic moves and sharp political perspective, for the first time in 1977, Nitish Kumar contested elections from Harnaut seat. Nitish had to face defeat in this election. After this, in 1980, Nitish contested elections from Harnaut seat and again lost. After this, he had vowed that if he lost the elections in 1985, he would leave politics, but fate had something else in store. He became MLA in 1985. Since then he has become Chief Minister several times. In 1985, Nitish Kumar won the Bihar Assembly elections from Harnaut in Nalanda district. Four years later, he won the Barh Lok Sabha seat and entered national politics. In 1990, he was made the Union Minister of State for Agriculture and Cooperation in the VP Singh government. In 1994, he separated from Lalu Prasad Yadav and chose his independent path. He formed the Samata Party along with George Fernandes this year. In 1996, Samata Party came into alliance with BJP and won 6 Lok Sabha seats from Bihar.

How much education is required to become the Prime Minister of India? Is any special degree required for this? This question often comes in people’s mind. But you will be surprised to know the answer. It is not mandatory to have any major degree or special course to become Prime Minister. Some basic conditions have been set for this in the Indian Constitution, but education is not one of them.

India is a democratic country and here the Prime Minister is the leader of the majority party in the Parliament elected by the people. According to the Constitution, to become Prime Minister, a person must be an Indian citizen. If he is elected from Lok Sabha, his minimum age should be 25 years and if he is elected from Rajya Sabha, then his minimum age should be 30 years.

Apart from this, he should not be working on any government post of profit i.e. “Office of Profit”. The Prime Minister must be a member of the Lok Sabha or the Rajya Sabha. If a person is elected Prime Minister and is not a member of either of the two houses, then he is required to become a member of one of these houses within six months.

How much is the salary?

The salary of the Prime Minister of India is around Rs 1.66 lakh per month. That means his total income in a year reaches around Rs 19.20 lakh. Many allowances are included in this salary. Like daily allowance of Rs 62,000 and monthly constituency allowance of around Rs 45,000.

What facilities does the PM have?

The Prime Minister also gets the highest security and facilities of the country. They get the protection of Special Protection Group (SPG). His official residence is in New Delhi. He has a special plane, Air India One, for foreign trips. Bulletproof vehicles and other security vehicles are provided to them for traveling within the country. Apart from this, the Prime Minister is given facilities like medical facilities, pension and staff assistance throughout his life.

The Constitution of India gives equal opportunities to every citizen. To become the Prime Minister, it is not necessary to have a high degree, but honesty to work for the country, visionary thinking and public trust.

French President Emmanuel Macron on Friday (October 9, 2025) once again appointed Sébastien Lecornu as the new Prime Minister of the country. Last Monday itself, Lecornu had resigned from his post after massive protests. After being appointed as PM, Lecornu wrote on Twitter that he will do everything possible to provide France with a budget by the end of the year and to solve the issues of daily life of our fellow citizens.

He further said, ‘We must end this political crisis which troubles the French people and this instability which is harmful to the image of France and its interests.’ According to a Reuters report, after the re-appointment, Lecornu’s main task will be to present next year’s budget in the French Parliament as soon as possible.

5th Prime Minister of the country to leave office in the last 2 years

The reappointment of Lecornu, a close ally of Macron, comes after he resigned within weeks of taking office and hours after the cabinet was announced. With this, he became the fifth Prime Minister of the country to step down in the last two years.

Let us tell you that France is currently embroiled in a deep political crisis, especially after Macron called for sudden legislative elections last year. This move went against them and in July 2024, a hung situation arose in the Parliament, which was divided into three factions whose ideologies did not match each other. Although Lecornu wants to lead France out of political and economic turmoil, he said this can only be done under certain conditions.

Lecornu kept these conditions

The new PM Lecornu said that all the issues raised during the consultations held in recent days will be open for parliamentary debate. Deputies and senators will be able to take up their responsibilities and the debate should be seen to the end. Restoring our public finances remains a priority for our future and our sovereignty, no one will be able to escape this need.

He further said that those joining the government must commit to setting aside presidential ambitions for 2027. The new government team should include skills renewal and diversity. He further said that I will make every possible effort to succeed in this mission.

French Prime Minister Sébastien Lecornu resigned from his post in less than a month. He is the fourth Prime Minister in the last one and a half years who has resigned from his post. When President Emmanuel Macron was elected in 2017, he was considered a symbol of peace and stability. As the first centrist President of the Fifth Republic of France, Macron had gathered huge support through his new political party ‘La Republique en Marche’, which included many new political faces. This stability was visible in the first year.

Macron had defeated far-right leader Marine Le Pen in the second round of presidential elections and his supporters had fallen silent. The opposition was limited, but now Macron is no longer a Prime Minister, he is not able to pass any important law and the demand for resignation is increasing.

Emmanuel Macron’s troubles started from 2018

Problems for Macron began in 2018, when Gilet John (Yellow Jacket movement) protested against rising fuel prices and his economic plans. After this came the Covid pandemic, which was a completely different challenge from Macron’s predecessors. In 2022, Marine Le Pen again reached the second round of elections and this time her competition was much tougher than in 2017.

To give a new twist to the political situation of France, in 2024, Macron appointed Gabriel Attal as Prime Minister, who became the youngest Prime Minister of the country. But this effort proved unsuccessful and Macron’s party faced a massive defeat in the European elections of June 2024.

The deadlock increased in the National Assembly of France

Subsequently, Macron called snap elections in July 2024 to deliver a strong response to his political opponents, especially Marine Le Pen’s party Rassemblement National. This resulted in a deadlock in the French National Assembly, where no major political party failed to win a majority.

What did Sebastian Lecornu say while resigning from the post of PM?

After this, there were many changes one after the other in the post of Prime Minister. After Gabriel Attal, Michel Barnier and François Barrou, Sébastien Lecornu was finally appointed Prime Minister. But he too was forced to resign in less than a month, citing that the lack of agreement between various parties in Parliament had made it impossible to function.

This political instability in France has deepened for some time. Recent Blocks Tau! (Stop everything) The protest movement has brought large parts of the country to a standstill and caused massive disruption to traffic.

France’s political condition is not good

The political situation now reminds us of the period in France when the country had to face defeat from the Nazis. The ongoing reports of corruption, scams and allegations against royal political officials have made the situation even more serious. Recently, both former President Nicolas Sarkozy and Marine Le Pen have been convicted on corruption charges.

Now, Macron may have to look to young leaders for the future. They can put forward a leader like Gabriel Attal, who can work with both the left and the right, but this is bound to slow down their economic reforms. Or, Macron may have to move to another election in which all the major candidates will be young and free from the taint of past corruption. Be it the far-right’s Jordan Bardella, La France Insoumi’s Mathilde Pannot or Atal, all the major political players will be under the age of 40.

Demand for resignation against Macron may intensify in France

While playing his role on the world stage, Macron will have to hope that his supporters will be successful in bringing together a leftist coalition. If this does not happen, then the wait for the next two years may be long and if no solution is found then the demand for resignation against Macron may become more intense.

Asaduddin Owaisi on RSS: All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) President Asaduddin Owaisi has strongly criticized...

Asaduddin Owaisi on RSS: All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) President Asaduddin Owaisi has strongly criticized the state governments who are not following the demolition guidelines related to the Supreme Court and are persecuting citizens using bulldozers. Apart from this, he also targeted RSS and PM Modi.

Owaisi read the poetry of famous poet Sahir Ludhianvi and said, ‘The oppression is again atrocities, if it grows, it disappears, blood is again blood, if blood is then dripping, it will freeze.’ Through this poetry, he described bulldozer actions as a symbol of injustice and warned that there was no atrocities.

Demand to follow Supreme Court instructions raised by tweeting

In a post on X (Twitter), Owaisi wrote, ‘The Supreme Court has given clear guidelines that notice and appropriate process is mandatory before the demolition. But some state governments are targeting the houses of the poor and minorities by misusing bulldozers. This is such a shape of oppression, which does not disappear, it is such a narrow, which does not press. He insisted that bulldozer actions are against the Constitution and weaken democracy.

Owaisi, citing Sahir’s lines, ‘Vriddha is just oppression, start from the end,’ said that the end of atrocities is always bad. He demanded from the central and state governments to follow the orders of the Supreme Court and stop the politics of bulldozers. He further wrote, ‘Blood is again blood, can change a hundred appearance and warned that the appearance of injustice can change, but the anger of the public and the call of justice can never be suppressed.

Warning given by taking the name of many states

Owaisi, especially referring to states like Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh, said that reports of bulldozer actions have come out there. He said, ‘Such fire which does not extinguish, such a narrow that does not suppress, is the voice of the public. Governments should be careful, otherwise it will end the oppression. He appealed to the citizens to unite and raise their voice against injustice.

‘Party fight will continue’

In Telangana too, Owaisi warned the local administration that he should be under the purview of the law. He said that his party will fight against the arbitrariness of bulldozers at every level. This statement has not only become a topic of discussion in political circles, but is also raising hope of justice among the general public.

Owaisi targeted RSS and Prime Minister

AIMIM President Asaduddin Owaisi said, “It is known that a single RSS man did not lose his life in the independence of the country ‘and made a bitter comment on the Prime Minister and said that the Prime Minister who is talking today is’ he is absolutely wrong’. Owaisi questioned the praise of the Prime Minister’s RSS and said, ‘Prime Minister praises not so much RSS, tell the Prime Minister, what is the meaning of what he reads. The Prime Minister himself says that he belongs to RSS, yes you will be for RSS ‘.

Owaisi further said, ‘I want to tell you that you have made such a law that you will snatch our mosques, take away our cremation, snatched the dargah. Today we are preventing our mosques from going. It is then that you can speak LOVE Modi but I cannot speak I love mohammad. If we are a Muslim, then because of Muhammad, there is nothing behind him. What do you want to do If you put a photo of the Prime Minister, it will work ‘.

French President Emmanuel Macron has appointed Defense Minister Sebastian Lecornu as the new Prime Minister of France. He will replace François Bayaru, who resigned after defeat in a trust vote in Parliament. Let us know that within a year in France, Lacornu has become the fourth Prime Minister. 39 -year -old Lecornu was the youngest Defense Minister in the history of France.

According to APTN report, President Macron made this appointment at a time when the previous Prime Minister François Bayaru lost the trust vote in Parliament. Bayaru was talking about cutting public expenses, due to which he did not get support in Parliament. Lecornu will now have a challenge to get the budget passed in Parliament.

However, the office of Macron said that the President has asked Lecornu to talk to all political parties in Parliament to compromise on budget and other policies before deciding the name of his cabinet.

France’s delicate financial condition caused the reason for resignation
François Bayaru was made the Prime Minister of France last year only after the removal of the Conservative leader and former Brexit talkor Michellers from the post, but Bayaru’s stakes reversed, when he called an unprecedented confidence vote on his controversial 2026 budget plan and lost. The center of this confrontation is being told the delicate financial condition of France.

What did Sebastian Lecornu say
Sebastian Lecornu wrote on X, “The President of the Republic has entrusted me to form a clear direction government, which works to protect our freedom and our power, serve French people and maintain political and institutional stability.” He further said, “I want to thank him for the trust he has shown on me by appointing me Prime Minister.”
