Delhi High Court has issued a notice to late businessman Sanjay Kapoor’s second wife Priya Kapoor in the will dispute. Karisma Kapoor’s two children Samaira Kapoor and her brother have demanded investigation of the original document of their father’s alleged will.

Regarding this, Delhi High Court has asked Priya Kapoor and Shraddha Suri Marwah, who are the executors of the will, to file their reply within three weeks. The next hearing will be held on 16 December.

Karisma Kapoor’s children allege father’s will is fake

Delhi High Court has alleged that the children of Karisma Kapoor have presented their father’s will which is completely fake. He says that the signatures on the document are not those of Sanjay Kapoor but have been allegedly forged by Priya Kapoor along with the witnesses.

Priya Kapoor calls Karisma Kapoor’s children’s allegations wrong

During the hearing of the case in Delhi High Court, Priya Kapoor’s lawyer argued that the allegations made by the children are baseless and false. Arguing in the court, the lawyer said that the will cannot be called fake just because of some spelling mistakes and the children had never questioned Sanjay Kapoor’s signature before. According to the lawyer, when this argument was given in the court, a new application was filed on behalf of the children.

Karisma Kapoor demands investigation into sealed will

The children of actress Karisma Kapoor have demanded in the Delhi High Court that it is necessary to examine the original will deposited in a sealed cover because the difference between the original and the fake cannot be understood by looking at the certified copy. In the same case, the children have filed another application demanding to stop Priya Kapoor from separating or selling them from Sanjay Kapoor’s properties.

The hearing on this will be held on November 20. In the court, he has described Priya Kapoor as greedy and behaving like Cinderella’s stepmother. Let us tell you that earlier the court had asked Priya Kapoor to give the list of Sanjay Kapoor’s properties. Whereas Priya Kapoor says that the children have already received Rs 1,900 crore from the family trust.

Karisma Kapoor raised the issue of daughter’s fees in the court

During the hearing in Delhi High Court, senior lawyer Mahesh Jethmalani, on behalf of Karisma Kapoor’s children, told the court that Karisma’s daughter is studying in a university in America. But the fees for the last two months have not been paid.

He said that as per the divorce agreement, Sanjay Kapoor had to bear the education and expenses of the children and now his property is with Priya Kapoor.

In response to this, Priya Kapoor’s lawyer claimed in the court that all the expenses of the children have been taken care of and the statement of non-payment of fees is wrong. He said that these issues are being raised in the court so that they make headlines in the media.

Delhi High Court expressed displeasure in the matter

In Delhi High Court, Justice Jyoti Singh expressed his displeasure and said that such small issues should not come in the court. He instructed the senior lawyer appearing on behalf of Priya Kapoor that such complaints should not reach the court in future.

The court clearly said that I do not want to spend even 30 seconds on such things. Delhi High Court is currently hearing the application in which Karisma’s children have demanded to stop Priya Kapoor from selling Sanjay Kapoor’s property.

Karisma Kapoor’s children have made serious allegations

By filing an application in the Delhi High Court, the children of actress Karisma Kapoor have alleged that Priya Kapoor has wrongly prepared the will of Sanjay Kapoor and wants to transfer the entire property in her name.

On behalf of Priya Kapoor, it was said that the will is genuine and it was also shared in the family’s WhatsApp group. Both the witnesses have confirmed that the will was made correctly. The court will now hear the case next on November 19 and wants an early decision on the interim order.
