Reduce fried, sugar and high fat foods. Control your weight, walk for 30 minutes daily so that fatty liver does not form.
Hepatitis B/C is spread through unsafe needles or contaminated blood, which later causes cancer.
If you already have hepatitis, alcoholism, fatty liver or cirrhosis, get your liver checked every 6–12 months.

Microsoft to Reduce 4 Percent of Staff Due to Heavy Investment in AI, Google, Facebook

Samsung Executives in India Request to Court to Quash Rs 692 Crore Penalty over tax evidence

Seven executives of the unit of South Korea’s electronics and devices maker Samsung have approached a court to reject a penalty of about 8.1 million dollars (about Rs 692 crore) from a court.
