<li><strong>Sweet curd or flavored yogurt:</strong> Plain yogurt is very good, but the flavored yogurts made for children often contain very much sugar, artificial color etc. These make it less healthy food and more sweets. Children should not take more than 25 grams of extra sugar a day. In many fruit yogurts, one serving can have up to 20 grams of sugar. Instead, choose plain yogurt and mix fresh fruits at home.</li>

<li><strong>Processed Meet:</strong> Hot dogs, bacon and packet cold cuts have become common in children&#8217;s food, but, they usually have very high preservatives like sodium, nitrates and unhealthy saturated fats. Eating them continuously can increase the risk of increasing high blood pressure and cholesterol in the child&#8217;s teenage. In this way, grilled chicken, eggs, pulses or fish can be selected for protein.</li>

<li><strong>Ultra-prosely snacks:</strong> Microwave popcorn such as ultra-processed snacks may look tasty, but many brands are filled with sodium, artificial flavors and unhealthy fats. They fall in the category of ultra-prostitution foods, whose link is with poor heart health. Research suggests that diet rich in these foods is related to swelling, increasing weight and increase in cholesterol levels. Air popped popcorn or at least processed snacks are more healthy options.</li>

This study was done with ultra-processed food i.e. UPF eating, food addiction, eating things for happiness and mood. &#038; Nbsp; </p>

Apart from this, 27.5 % people were overweight and 5.6 % were underweight. The average score of all on SQ-HPF, PFS, and YFAS standards was 5.1, 2.8, and 2.9 respectively. &#038; nbsp; </p>

UPF intake of more than 55% of people was less, while about 45% of the people used to consume very high ultra processed food. The survey revealed the average age of ultra processed food eaters got 28.8 years, while the average age of UPF less eaters was found to be 34.1 years. The important thing was that ultra processed food alone and unmarried people eat more. It was also revealed that people consume them not according to the need of their body, but according to their mood. </p>
