In this condition hormones and metabolism are affected. Women suffering from PMOS often have problems like insulin resistance, irregular periods, fatigue and lack of weight. But weight can be lost with the right and consistent lifestyle changes, especially if you pay attention to hormonal balance and metabolic health.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Recently, a fitness influencer shared the secret of her 22 kg weight loss even after PMOS. Fitness influencer Tanisha Chadha traveled from 80 kg to 58 kg even after PMOS. He shared his experiences on Instagram and told that it was not a difficult diet or a task done by starving. He achieved this change by incorporating right and easy habits into his everyday life. Tanisha mentioned her seven main habits, adopting which she lost weight. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>How did the fitness influencer lose 22 kg after PMOS?</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. Mild calorie deficit &#8211; Tanisha said, I did not starve myself. I just created a mild, sustainable calorie deficit. This means that they consumed 200 to 300 calories less than their daily calories, resulting in gradual and permanent weight loss. Also, the body should keep getting energy, hence one should never remain hungry forcefully. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. Protein in every meal (High-Protein Diet) &#8211; Tanisha insisted on taking 25 to 30 grams of protein in every meal. Protein reduces appetite. Blood sugar remains under control. Muscles remain and fat decreases. Protein is very helpful in PMOS as it prevents cravings and weight gain. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">3. Strength Training &#8211; Tanisha said that weight training is more effective than cardio. Metabolism gets accelerated by weight lifting training 3 to 4 times a week. The body becomes toned and in shape. Calories continue to burn even while resting. Just walking or running is not always enough. By building muscles the body burns more fat. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">4. Daily Light Activity &#8211; It is very important to take small steps and light movements throughout the day. Tanisha walks 8 to 10 thousand steps daily. This burns extra calories. Energy expenditure occurs without fatigue. In such a situation, small changes like walking at home or taking a stand in the office also help. </p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">6. Fixed Meal Timing &#8211; Tanisha kept her meal time constant and avoided constant snacking. He kept three balanced diets and a gap of 4-5 hours. This keeps the insulin level under control and eating extra can be avoided. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">7. Sleep &#038; Stress Control &#8211; Tanisha said, it is very important to get 7 to 8 hours of sleep and reduce stress. Less sleep and more stress increases cortisol, which causes the body to gain weight. Proper sleep and stress management helps in reducing body weight. </p>

More muscle means better insulin sensitivity and a healthy metabolism. </p>

If muscles are less, this extra sugar can accumulate in the body and cause problems. Therefore, people who have good muscles, their blood sugar remains more stable. </p>

But if strength training is done in time, this decline can be prevented. The body repairs them and makes them stronger than before. By this process the size of muscles increases. It is beneficial to do strength training at least 3-4 days a week. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>2. Take right amount of protein &#8211;</strong> Protein is essential for muscle repair and growth. Generally it is recommended that every person take 1.6 to 2.2 grams of protein per kilogram of his weight. Good protein sources are eggs, pulses, cheese and milk, chicken and fish, soya products.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>3. Take a little more calories &#8211;</strong> If you want to increase muscles, you will have to consume a little more calories than the calories you burn. But keep in mind, choose a diet rich in nutrients and not junk food. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>4. Adequate sleep and rest &#8211;</strong> Muscles grow not in the gym, but during rest. Get 7–9 hours of sleep every day and allow 48–72 hours of rest before training the same muscle group again. </p>

Even if blood sugar is already high. This is the reason why many times even people whose weight appears normal become victims of diabetes. This is called metabolically obese normal weight.</p>
<p><strong>Is it possible to lose fat without losing too much weight?</strong></p>
<p>Actually, it is possible to reduce fat without losing much weight and this method is also considered healthy. Many people maintain muscles while reducing fat. This improves insulin sensitivity and improves metabolic health. Even if the weight on the scale does not change much. According to a research, people who combine resistance training with dieting have better blood sugar control than those who only diet. The reason for this is believed to be that the muscles absorb glucose and convert it into energy.</p>

But under the pressure of marketing and social media, people have come to believe that more protein means more health.</p>
