After distancing himself from Al-Badr in 2021, he created a new network named ‘Lone Wolf Warriors’. This organization was accused of conspiring to attack non-local people and Kashmiri Pandits. Security agencies have long considered him as a ‘master recruiter’ of terrorism.

What is Al-Badr?
Al-Badr is a Pakistan-backed terrorist organization, which was banned by the Indian government in 2002. This organization was formed in 1998. Its declared objective is said to be to separate Jammu and Kashmir from India and merge it with Pakistan.

Al-Badr’s headquarters is believed to be in Mansehra, Pakistan, while its camp office is said to be in Muzaffarabad PoK. It has been reported that the training camps of the organization are being operated in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kotli and Muzaffarabad areas of Pakistan.

According to Indian agencies, Al-Badr has close relations with Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI and Jamaat-e-Islami. Security experts believe that this organization has sometimes been working as a ‘front network’ of terrorist organizations like Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed.
