Let me tell you that making deep fake is a crime. There is a provision for legal action for this in India. Under Section 66D of the Information Technology Act 2000, if the identity of a person is misused and cheated. So one has to pay a sentence of up to 3 years and a fine of one lakh rupees.

So at the same time, according to Section 66E of this Act, one has to pay a sentence of up to 3 years and up to Rs 2 lakh for release of someone without permission.
