The winning team will be the second finalist of this season, which will face Royal Challengers Bangalore for the title. GT, captained by Shubman Gill, is coming after losing the last match and RR, captained by Riyan Parag, is coming with a spectacular win, in which Vaibhav Suryavanshi played a stormy inning of 97 runs in 29 balls.

Rashid Khan took 4 wickets in this match. Vaibhav Suryavanshi (36) was dismissed by Mohammad Siraj. Sai Sudarshan (55) and captain Shubman Gill (84) played brilliant half-centuries for Titans.

Talking about the league stage before the playoffs, Gujarat Titans had won 9 out of 14 matches. With a net run rate of +0.095, the team had secured second place in the points table, which is why they are getting 2 chances to reach the finals. The team had lost to RCB in the first qualifier.

Rajasthan Royals reached the playoffs by winning the last match of the league stage, the team stood fourth with 8 wins out of 14. In the eliminator, the team defeated SRH badly, batting first the team had scored 243 runs. Vaibhav Suryavanshi had scored 97 runs in 29 balls, in which he hit 12 sixes.
