Mitchell played the second ball of the over, but then retired before the third ball was bowled. Tariq could not bowl the ball, he also expressed his objection on this but soon he got ready to bowl the ball.

After this, as soon as Tariq was about to release the ball, Mitchell moved away. Although this time Tariq left the ball, but it was declared dead. Seeing that Mitchell was moving away again and again, the umpire understood that he was doing so because of the controversial action of Tariq. The umpire explained to him and told him that his action was legal and he should not move.
