US President Donald Trump recently claimed that India will no longer buy oil from Russia. Earlier he had claimed about India-Pakistan ceasefire. Meanwhile, Congress leader and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He shared a post regarding this on social media platform X on Thursday (16 October).

Trump’s hollow claims about India

It is noteworthy that while talking to journalists on Wednesday, Trump said that Prime Minister Modi has assured him that India will no longer buy oil from Russia. Trump had earlier said that because of him the war between India and Pakistan had stopped.
