Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty’s difficulties are not being named in the fraud case of 60 crores. EOW questioned Raj Kundra a few days ago and is now preparing to interrogate Shilpa Shetty. The Mumbai Police’s Economic Offenses Branch (EOW) investigated the fraud of Rs 60 crore on Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra, in an investigation into the case that accused Raj Kundra had transferred about Rs 15 crore out of this amount to his wife and actress Shilpa Shetty’s company.

Shilpa will send summons to Shetty

According to EOW sources, soon Shilpa is preparing to call Shetty for questioning by issuing summons. Investigating officials say that it is necessary to clarify which expenses or such a huge amount was transferred in lieu of advertisement, because under normal circumstances, there is not much expenditure on advertising.

Also, it will be investigated on what basis Shilpa Shetty gave such a big bill to Raj Kundra. The investigation has also revealed that resolution personality (RP) has not made the required documents sought so far to EOW.

Initially RP was called for questioning, but important documents were not submitted. According to a senior official, 26% shares were not deliberately given to the complainant businessman, because if the shares were given, the NCLT would have to inform it. Also, it has been revealed that some of the 60 crore amount has also been transferred to Sister companies.

EOW is preparing to re -interrogate Raj Kundra by the end of this week. Apart from this, a letter has also been written about the investigation from Neha Dhupia, Ekta Kapoor and Bipasha Basu regarding money.

Shilpa shetty video: Shilpa Shetty has recently celebrated her birthday in Croatia. He shared photos and videos of his birthday. Her entire family, Raj’s parents and Shilpa’s mother were also included on Shilpa’s birthday. Shilpa’s video from Croatia is going viral in which she is seen angry at the foreign woman. Now Raj Kundra has reacted on this video.

The viral video is 9 June. This belongs to a restaurant in which a foreign girl is sitting comfortably and eating her food while Shilpa and her team are talking in a loud voice. She is asking that foreign girl to talk slowly. Shilpa is saying in the video- ‘Don’t talk to us. We do not like to hear you. The video is becoming very viral on social media. Raj has now reacted on this.

Raj Kundra defends his wife
Raj Kundra told in a conversation with Hindustan Times that ‘I had booked a restaurant a year ago for this special occasion. However, on reaching there, he came to know that due to double booking of the same agent, his reserve table was given to another group.

Raj further said- ‘I also work like a person who has run restaurants, I found it very disappointing to deal with this situation, especially when my elderly parents, mother-in-law and 20 guests were waiting. The evening that was going to be special, it became unnecessarily stressed and when we expressed our concerns, we were suddenly asked to remain silent, which increased our disappointment further.

People are commenting a lot on this video of Shilpa. However, now it has been clarified on this from Raj. Shilpa Shetty has not yet reacted to this video.
