The Rajasthan High Court clarified that according to the medical report, Asaram’s health is currently worth living in jail. This order has been given by the double bench of High Court Justice Dinesh Mehta and Justice Vineet Kumar Mathur. The court said that if their condition is critical in future, then they can apply for bail again, but at the moment they are healthy and they will have to return to prison.

Surrender deadline fixed

The court said in the order that Asaram will have to surrender in Jodhpur Central Jail by 30 August. At present, interim bail was increased by Asaram’s lawyer. The bail application has been rejected by the court based on the feedback given by three doctors of the government hospital in his medical report.
