Sudarshan Reddy clarified that his effort is only to awaken the voice of the conscience of the people and his purpose is to show the right direction to the voters. Justice Reddy has previously been the Judge of the Supreme Court and the Lokayukta of Goa.

Currently there are 542 MPs in the Lok Sabha and 239 MPs in Rajya Sabha, that is, the total member number of both houses is 781. The support of 391 MPs will be necessary to win any candidate. Meanwhile, Naveen Patnaik’s BJD, Chandrashekhar Rao’s BRS and Shiromani Akali Dal have decided to stay away from voting. These three parties have a total of 12 MPs, now the total MP number is 669.
