Mithun chakraborty attack on mamata bnerjee: Film actor and BJP leader Mithun Chakraborty said on Thursday (April 10, 2025) that if Mamata Banerjee is to be farewell from West Bengal, then 9 percent of Hindus will have to come out and vote. During a conversation with news agency ANI, he said, “Hanuman Jayanti will be celebrated two days later and today we are participating in Ram Navami Shobha Yatra. We are all celebrating it together. All Sanatanis have gathered under one roof and celebrated it. We are requesting Hindus to vote and if they have to uproot the government, then this is the only way to vote.

Concerns have expressed concern over the political future of Hindus in West Bengal

Earlier, Mithun Chakraborty has expressed concern about the political future of Hindus in West Bengal in the presence of BJP state president Sukant Majumdar during an event. This is not the first time Mithun has spoken on this issue. Earlier, he expressed similar concerns at a program in Barrackpore (also in North 24 Parganas).

He said that about 9 percent of Hindu voters in Bengal still do not participate in elections and urged them to come forward in the upcoming state assembly elections to be held next year and cast their votes. Mithun warned that if the BJP fails to win the 2026 assembly elections, Hindus in Bengal may face the same challenges as Bengali Hindus in Bangladesh.

Ram navami 2025: Chief Minister Nitish Kumar (Nitish Kumar) attended the program organized through Shri Ramnavami Shobha Yatra Abhinandan Samiti at Dakbangla intersection in Patna on Sunday. The Chief Minister welcomed the Shobha Yatra and performed Aarti and was honored by offering him symbol. On this occasion, a large number of people greeted the Chief Minister.

In the procession, events related to the life of Lord Rama were displayed as beautiful tableaux. Apart from the replica of the newly constructed Shri Ramlala Temple in Ayodhya, along with a nine and a half feet statue of Shri Ramlala, a ten -foot statue of Hanuman ji was also a special attraction of Ramnavami procession. Apart from this, artists from all over the country also participated in this event.

The entire area in Patna since night

On the occasion of Ramnavami, all the roads in the capital Patna are adorned with Mahaviri flags, banners, Ramnam flags and toran dadvas. Since last night, the entire area has become Rammay. All temples are attractively decorated with flowers and garlands. Special arrangements have been made for Ramnavami in the famous Mahavir temple located near Patna Junction.

Tight security arrangements have been made about Ramnavami. All the major temples of the capital are being monitored with CCTV cameras and additional policemen have been deputed from place to place. Drone is being monitored. A senior police officer from Patna said that police patrol has been increased in view of Ram Navami.
