Actually, Rambhadracharya recently gave a challenging statement about Sant Premanand Maharaj’s Sanskrit knowledge. Many people accepted his statement as an insult to Premanand Maharaj.

Rambhadracharya’s Sanskrit study is held from Sampurnanand Sanskrit University in Varanasi. It is from here that he made a deep grip in Vedas, Darshan and Sanskrit grammar. The foundation of his scholarship was laid from this university, which gave him the status of Jagadguru.

Sampurnanand Sanskrit University located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh is a major higher education institution of the country. It is counted among the largest Sanskrit universities in the world. Currently, the university is studying graduation and postgraduate programs in various subjects.

Despite losing his eyesight in childhood, he did not give up. After getting higher education, he started the Ramakatha for the promotion of religion and spirituality and put Dakshina in the service of the disabled.

First he opened a school for studies up to middle level and later made a big contribution to the social interest by establishing a university for higher education. This is the reason that he remained the Chancellor of this university for a lifetime.

He is the first visually impaired Chancellor in the world. When he was only two months old, he had lost his eyesight due to a disease called Trachoma.
