The record of scoring the slowest century in the history of ODI cricket is in the name of David Boon of Australia. Boon scored a century in 166 balls against Team India in 1991.

Pakistan player Rameez Raja is second in this list. He is the Asian batsman to score the slowest century in ODIs. Rameez scored a century in 157 balls against the West Indies in 1992.

Australia’s batsman Gearsh Marsh has a strike rate of just 55 in ODI career. Marsh faced 156 balls against England in 1989 to score a century.

The name of New Zealand’s finest all -rounder Scott Styris is also recorded among the players who have scored the slowest century in ODI cricket. Starris scored a century in 152 balls against Sri Lanka.

Pakistan’s batsman Ramiz Raja is also at number 5 in this list. Rameez has played more than 150 balls to score a century twice in ODI cricket. Once he has played 166 balls and 152 balls for the second time.

Netherlands cricket team batsman Tom Cooper is sixth in this list. Cooper faced 150 balls in 2010 to score a century against Afghanistan.

The name of Jyoff Marsh of Australia is also included in this list twice. Geoff is the father of Sean Marsh and Mitchell Marsh. Jyoff scored a century in 150 balls against the West Indies in 1991.
