According to a Hindustan Times report, the leave-and-license agreement for the apartment located on the seventh floor of the ‘Vastu’ building was registered on May 19, 2026. This apartment is spread over 2,460 square feet. Ranbir had bought it in 2016 for Rs 35 crores. It was designed by Gauri Khan. The apartment has been taken on rent by Aditya Shukla. This includes a clause for 5 percent increase. This deal also includes a security deposit of Rs 45 lakh.
