Odisha State Commission for Women (OSCW) Chairperson Shobhana Mohanty on Sunday demanded the immediate arrest of all the accused involved in the gang rape case of a medical student from the state in Durgapur.

Addressing a press conference here, Mohanty said that this is a sad incident not only for Odisha but for the entire country.
