Ravichandran Ashwin, who was part of Chennai Super Kings in IPL 2025, had a very poor performance this season. After which a fan asked Ashwin to leave the CSK team. After this, Ashwin has given a befitting reply to the fan.

During the live session on YouTube, a fan wrote that “Hi Dear Ashwin, with a lot of love, please leave my beloved CSK family.” Responding to this, Ashwin said that the fans have to understand that they also want the best for the team.

Ashwin admitted that he did not bowl well this season. He said that he will try to bring many mixtures in his bowling in the next season and do well for the team.

Ashwin said that “I think fans love their team a lot, but their way should be right while criticizing. My heart also has as much love for CSK as you all belong to.”

He further said that “I have played with the team for seven years. I have won the trophy with CSK first. So when I see the champion team like this, I feel sad. I have found myself crying in the corner this time.”

Ashwin was bought by CSK for Rs 9.75 crore during the mega auction. But he could not do anything special this year. He took just seven wickets in 9 matches. CSK finished the last place on the points table this season.
