If you want to stay fit in summer, to cool the body and protect against heat, then this special recipe of raw mango is perfect for you. Here we are talking about raw mango emerald, this recipe not only hydrates the body, but also boosts metabolism and improves digestion. </p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Raw Mango &#8211; 2 </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Mint leaves &#8211; a fist</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Roasted cumin &#8211; 1 teaspoon </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Black salt &#8211; as per taste</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Black pepper &#8211; ½ teaspoon </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Sugar or jaggery &#8211; 2 tablespoons </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Cold water-3-4 cups</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Snowfall</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>What is the way to make? </strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">After washing the raw mangoes, boil till 3 whistles in the cooker.  </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">After cooling, remove its peel and separate the pulp. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Add mango pulp, mint leaves, sugar/jaggery, black salt, roasted cumin and black pepper to a mixer. After this, add some water and grind it. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Now take out this mixture in a vessel and mix it with cold water. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"> Put ice in the glass and serve cold pan. If you want, you can take a little roasted cumin from above and garnish with mint leaves.  </p>
