Stocks to watch today on June 15: Another new trading week is starting from today for the Indian stock market. Today in Monday’s trading session, many major shares are going to be in focus due to corporate news, results and big deals. Let’s take a look at these:-

Vedanta Limited- Today investors will keep their eyes on the shares of Vedanta Group. According to media reports, after the demerger of Vedanta, its four new companies – Vedanta Aluminum Metal, Vedanta Oil & Gas, Vedanta Power and Vedanta Iron & Steel are going to be listed in the stock exchanges (BSE/NSE) today. In such a situation, this is a big opportunity for shareholders in terms of value unlocking.

Kotak Mahindra Bank- Kotak Mahindra Bank stock remains the top pick for many analysts today. The stock has shown a strong breakout by crossing a strong resistance and technically there is an upside potential.

HDFC Bank & ICICI Bank- Both these banking stocks are constantly on the radar of investors for institutional buying.

RBL Bank- The board of the bank has approved the appointment of Bhavin Lakhpatwala as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the bank with effect from June 12. Deepak Ruia will no longer be the KMP of the bank and will continue to play his role as Deputy CFO. Due to this corporate activity, RBL Bank shares are going to be in focus today.

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation– The board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 19.25 per share for the financial year 2025-26. The record date has been fixed as August 14.

Larsen & Toubro (L&T)- On the basis of capex push, its shares have closed beyond Rs 4000 for the first time in history, hence they will remain in focus even today.

Meesho- The company has announced the purchase of community-based B2B commerce platform ‘Kirana Club’ for Rs 202.08 crore. This deal will be completed in three installments. After this acquisition, Kirana Club will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, while Retail Pulse Labs Private Limited (RPLPL) will become a step-down subsidiary. The company will hold 99.59 percent stake indirectly through Kirana Club and the remaining 0.41 percent stake directly.

Power Grid Corporation of India- The company has been declared the successful bidder to build Inter-State Transmission System (ISTS) on ‘Build, Own, Operate and Transfer’ (BOOT) basis for the proposed Green Hydrogen and Green Ammonia Projects in Kakinada area (Phase I). The project includes construction of a new 765/400 kV GIS substation in Andhra Pradesh, as well as STATCOM and 765 kV transmission line work.

Aurobindo Pharma- The United States Food and Drug Administration (US FDA) inspected its ‘Yugiya Unit-III’ in Telangana between January 27 and February 6, 2026. This is the formulation manufacturing facility of ‘Yugea Pharma Specialties’, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of ‘Aurobindo Pharma’. After inspection, 11 observations have come to light.

Ashoka Buildcon- The company has received ‘Letter of Acceptance’ (LoA) from Chhattisgarh State Industrial Development Corporation to develop a Gems and Jewelery Park in Raipur under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model. The premium amount fixed for this project is Rs 112.40 crore.
