Now the Royal Challengers team has knocked on the door of the high court. The incident that took place outside the field outside the ground, who said Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, was sad, in which he had no hand. Presenting his argument, he said that such a big accident occurred due to the negligence of the state police.

According to a report published in ‘Live Law’, the petition claimed that Royal Challengers Bangalore had announced the Victory Parade only after consulting the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA), DNA networks and police officers. Another big claim in the petition was that in the social media post shared by RCB, it was clearly written to the same people who had registered on the official website of the Bengaluru team.

It was also told that on the morning of June 4, the RCB team was given oral information that the Bengaluru Police has canceled the program of Victory Parade. At the same time, he was also told that CM Siddaramaiah is planning to honor the Bengaluru team on Vidhan Sauudha.

Who is responsible for?

The petition filed by RCB said that Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah had invited people to the team’s honor ceremony. The RCB team has introduced CM Siddaramaiah’s tweet as evidence. Royal Challengers Sports Private Limited (RCSPL) received the news of the death of people outside the field when the ceremony had started at the Chinnaswamy Stadium.
