The Royal Challengers Bangalore team has recently petitioned the Karnataka High Court to cancel the FIR against it. Bangalore franchise marketing head Nikhil Sosale has been arrested in this case. At the same time, 2 big officials of the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) have resigned from their posts after taking moral responsibility of the incident.

One year ban on RCB

A post is being shared indiscriminately on social media, claiming that if the RCB team is found guilty in any way, then it will have to bear a one -year ban from IPL. It was told that the investigators are very seriously investigating the case. At the same time, another screenshot is also going viral, in which it is being claimed that the official account of the IPL on Instagram has unfollowed RCB. RCB’s claim of unfollowing is a lie as the RCB team is still present in the following list of the Indian Premier League.

As far as the Royal Challengers Bangalore is concerned with a one -year ban, BCCI has not yet issued an official statement on this subject. The investigation on the Bengaluru stampede case is still going on, but till now the BCCI has not taken any action like banning.

RCB Bengaluru Stampede News: The Bengaluru stampede case is being adopted as a serious form with the passage of one day. 11 people were killed in a stampede outside the M Chinnaswamy Stadium, after which an FIR was lodged against 4 parties/organizations including the RCB team. Now the Royal Challengers team has knocked on the door of the high court. The incident that took place outside the field outside the ground, who said Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, was sad, in which he had no hand. One of the 4 organizations against whom FIR was lodged is also one DNA Entertainment Network. Presenting his argument, he said that such a big accident occurred due to the negligence of the state police.

According to a report published in ‘Live Law’, the petition claimed that Royal Challengers Bangalore had announced the Victory Parade only after consulting the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA), DNA networks and police officers. Another big claim in the petition was that in the social media post shared by RCB, it was clearly written to the same people who had registered on the official website of the Bengaluru team.

It was also told that on the morning of June 4, the RCB team was given oral information that the Bengaluru Police has canceled the program of Victory Parade. At the same time, he was also told that CM Siddaramaiah is planning to honor the Bengaluru team on Vidhan Sauudha.

The petition filed by RCB said that Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah had invited people to the team’s honor ceremony. The RCB team has introduced CM Siddaramaiah’s tweet as evidence. Royal Challengers Sports Private Limited (RCSPL) received the news of the death of people outside the field when the ceremony had started at the Chinnaswamy Stadium.

RCB announces Rs 10 lakh to the families of the deceased

Royal Challengers Bangalore issued a statement on Thursday and announced to provide assistance of Rs 10 lakh to the families of 11 people killed in the stampede.
