The Karnataka government has said that Royal Challengers Bangalore had not already taken any permission from the City Police to take out the Victory Parade of the IPL on 4 June. According to the report, the PI of Kabban Park Police Station did not allow the application of the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) to the application of 6:30 pm on June 3, 2025, as till then there were both possibilities that the RCB could win and lose, so no arrangements were made.

While there was a capacity of only 35 thousand people in the Chinnaswamy Stadium, more than three lakh people reached that day. Chinnaswamy stampede latest update: Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) have not got relief from the Karnataka High Court in the Bengaluru stampede case.
