<p style="text-align: justify;">1. To make coconut pudding, first heat 1 tbsp of ghee in a deep bottom pan. Now add soaked rice to it and fry lightly on medium flame for 2-3 minutes. This increases both the test and fragrance of rice. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. Now add 2 cups of milk and let the rice cook on medium flame. Keep stirring with a spoon in between so that the rice does not stick to the bottom. Cook the rice until it becomes completely soft and milk slightly thick. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">3. When the rice is cooked and the mixture becomes slightly thick, then add the gas medium and add coconut milk to it. Keep in mind that after adding coconut milk, do not cook the kheer for a long time, otherwise the milk may burst. So just cook for 2-3 minutes while stirring lightly. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">4. Now add sugar and cardamom powder to the kheer. Cook on medium flame until the sugar dissolves completely. Kheer test is quite good on this stage. </p>
