According to reports, Benjamin Netanyahu was planning to visit India at the end of the year. However, this is the third time this year that he has canceled his tour of India. The arrested accused Muzammil Shakeel Ganai had used flour mill and electrical machines to prepare explosives. • Jasir Bilal Wani alias Danish arrested from Srinagar. Umar’s close associate was providing technical support in making bomb attacks and rockets by modifying drones. There was planning for a Hamas style attack, in which this was also included.
• Jawad Ahmed Siddiqui, who is the chairman of Al-Falah University, was arrested. There are allegations of promoting terrorism in the university. The university falsely claimed that it was accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), which was not the case.
• Counter Intelligence Kashmir (CIK) in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir has detained Dr. Omar Farooq Bhat and his wife Shahzada Akhtar for their alleged involvement in illegal activities. Objectionable material has also been seized from them.
• Dr. Adil Ahmed, Dr. Sajjad Ahmed and Dr. Parvez Ansari have also been arrested. These people are the doctors included in this module.

According to Zahoor Ilahi, Umar was in Kashmir from 26 to 29 October. While handing over his mobile to Zahoor, he had said that if any news comes about me then destroy this mobile and throw it in water. Srinagar SP GV Sandeep Chakraborty said that Zahoor also gave information about the place where the mobile was thrown. After this the mobile was taken out and it was badly broken. • On November 10, another house was raided in Faridabad, from where an additional 2563 kg of explosives (over 2913 kg in total), chemicals, reagents, inflammable materials and electronic circuits were found.
• Apart from this, raids were conducted in Shopian, Pulwama, Ganderbal, Anantnag and Kulgam of Jammu and Kashmir. Arms, ammunition and IED material were recovered from here. People like Maulvi Irfan Ahmed Waghe (Shopian) and Jamir Ahmed (Ganderbal) were caught.
• On 13 November, a raid was conducted at Al-Falah University campus, where a suspicious Brezza car was found, which was investigated by Jammu and Kashmir Police and Bomb Disposal Squad. Bomb squad and sniffer dogs were also deployed in the university.

Footage was found of Asif Ali Road, in which Umar was seen walking without a mask. Old footage was found of Al-Falah University campus, in which the car was parked from 29 October to 10 November. • 14 November 2025: During the search of Omar’s house (Pulwama), digital devices were found which contained radicalization content.
• 16 November 2025: NIA arrested Umar’s associate Aamir Rashid Ali, chats about buying a car were found from his phone. Umar’s entire route in Delhi was traced with 40 cameras.
• 17-18 November 2025: The biggest evidence of Umar Nabi was found in his own recorded undated video (recovered from a digital device), in which he says in broken English that one thing that was not understood was that this was a martyrdom operation and not a suicide attack. 5. Ignored the input of Jammu and Kashmir Police: Jammu and Kashmir Police was already aware of this module as several arrests were made in October, but this input was not properly shared with Delhi Police or IB or action was not taken on it.
6. Movement of the blasted car not tracked: The white i20 car was registered in the name of Aamir Rashid Ali. The car came to Delhi from Faridabad, crossed several tolls, but there was no alert from FASTag or number plate. It could have been tracked as soon as it entered Delhi.

While examining the mobile phones of the doctors caught from Faridabad, the police have found evidence of conversations with Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammed handlers in Telegram chats. Jammu and Kashmir Police said that the arrested accused are highly educated and influenced by fundamentalist ideology. According to a senior officer, ‘Initial investigation of the digital device found that the accused were in direct contact with Jaish handlers on Telegram.’

Investigating agencies also recovered a third car
The security agencies involved in the investigation of the Red Fort blast case have also found a third suspicious car. According to sources, this is the same Maruti Brezza, the use of which the accused were suspected. A white Hyundai i20 car exploded in the blast that took place on Monday evening, while another red Ford EcoSport car was later recovered from Faridabad. Now with the recovery of the third Brezza car, the investigating agencies have got another major success in this case.

Doctor Shaheen’s past
Dr. Zafar Hayat, former husband of arrested doctor Shaheen Shahid, told the media that he never expected that Shaheen would go on this path. He told that both of them were married in the year 2003, they have two children. Zafar told that Shaheen always talked about going abroad. Zafar and Shaheen separated in 2015. Zafar says that there has been no contact between the two since the end of the marriage.

Confirmation of Turkey trip – handlers were found there
Investigation has also revealed that accused Dr. Umar Nabi and his partner Dr. Muzammil Shakeel Ganai had gone to Turkey in the year 2022. Although the complete details of the trip have not been made public yet, but officials believe that both of them had met their terrorist handlers there.
