The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has made a change, under which thousands of Indian professionals and their dependents will have to stop working if their employment authorization renewal is not approved on time. Let us tell you that this rule has become effective from Thursday (October 30, 2205).

According to the new rule, automatic extension of Employment Authorization Documents (EAD) will end. Due to this, non-American citizens will not be able to work there. DHS said in a statement that aliens who apply to renew their EAD on or after October 30, 2025, will no longer receive an automatic extension of their EAD.

Foreigners will now be checked multiple times
With the abolition of the automatic extension of EAD, foreigners seeking work in America will now be subject to multiple checks. Till now, employees could continue their jobs for 540 days as long as their renewal applications were pending for approval. Under the new rule, if a person’s renewal is not approved before the expiry of his current EAD, he will have to stop working immediately.

What did the US Department of Homeland Security tell?
According to a statement issued by DHS, USCIS has advised non-Americans to properly complete their EAD renewal applications in a timely manner so that their EAD can be renewed 180 days before it expires. The longer an alien takes to file an EAD renewal application, the more likely it is that their employment authorization or documentation may temporarily lapse.

Actually, Trump had dreamed of building a grand venue in the White House 15 years ago. His objective was that the President could easily organize big programs for his guests. He repeatedly said that the existing East Room is not sufficient for small programs.

Construction and bulldozing of the East Wing

The East Wing was built in 1902 and was last renovated in 1942. Now it is being demolished with bulldozers. According to CNN report, the roof, entryway and windows of the east wing have been broken. Concrete pieces and debris are scattered here and there. American flagged machines are working continuously.

Construction will be done with private funding

Trump said that this project will be completely run with private funding. Trump and his personal donors are spending money on this. Its objective is to modernize the White House and make it more grand.
