He also said that the state’s stability and clear policy framework gives businesses the opportunity to move forward with bigger goals.

In his address, he especially drew attention to the Defense and Aerospace Center of Adani Group based in Hyderabad. This is India’s first long-endurance UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) manufacturing centre. From here, state-of-the-art drones are manufactured for the Indian Armed Forces, and are also supplied to many international customers. He informed that – This facility has been established in accordance with the National Self-Reliance Mission (Atmanirbhar Bharat). More than 1,500 people are directly employed here, and a large number of indirect jobs are being generated in the supply chain. This center makes India’s defense manufacturing capability globally competitive.

A giant leap in digital infrastructure—green data centers

Karan Adani also described the Rs 2,500 crore green data center being developed by the group in Telangana as a major project. This will be a high-performance data center with 48 MW capacity. State-of-the-art infrastructure is being created for AI, cloud services and heavy digital workloads. This center will strengthen the country’s digital security, data capacity and technical preparedness.

Karan Adani said that the group has also emphasized on strengthening the road and logistics network of Telangana in the last few years. More than 100 kilometers of road network has been constructed in various districts—Mancherial, Suryapet, Kodad and Khammam—with an investment of approximately Rs 4,000 crore. According to him, the movement of goods through these road corridors has increased. Transportation costs have decreased. Business and industries are getting direct benefits.

Expansion in cement production capacity

In view of the boom in construction activities in Telangana, Adani Cement has also increased its capacity in the state. Units have been established in Ganeshpahar, Tandur and Devapur. Total production capacity is 7 MTPA. An investment of more than Rs 2,000 crore has been made. These plants are continuously providing support to the infrastructure development of the state as per the need.

Adani Group has invested around Rs 10,000 crore in Telangana in the last three years. More than 7,000 direct and indirect jobs have been created. These investments include diverse sectors like defence, digital infrastructure, logistics, road development, and cement manufacturing. At the end of the speech, Karan Adani thanked the state government for its continuous support. He said that Adani Group is ready to pursue more projects in Telangana. The death toll in the bus accident in Chevella mandal of Rangareddy district of Telangana has increased to 20. The tipper driver has also died in this horrific road accident, while dozens of passengers are said to be injured. The tragedy occurred on the Hyderabad-Bijapur highway near Mirjaguda in Chevella mandal when an RTC bus from Tandoor depot collided head-on with a tipper truck laden with ballast.

The collision was so severe that the ballast loaded on the tipper fell inside the bus and many passengers got buried under it. The driver of the tipper died on the spot. According to the information received, there were more than 70 passengers in the bus at the time of the accident.

The injured were admitted to the hospital.

After the collision, there was chaos in the bus and many passengers suffered serious injuries. Local people and police immediately started rescue operations and the injured were evacuated to Chevella Government Hospital, where the injured are undergoing treatment. The police reached the spot and started investigating the matter.

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has expressed deep grief over this incident and has immediately issued necessary guidelines to the officials. He has clearly said that the relief and rescue work on the spot should be expedited at any cost and the injured should be provided the best treatment.

CM gave instructions to officials

According to the statement issued from the Chief Minister’s Office, CM Revanth Reddy has given direct instructions to the Telangana Chief Secretary and Director General of Police (DGP) that every person injured in the accident should be shifted to hospitals in Hyderabad with immediate effect. He has also asked to ensure that there is no shortage in the treatment of the injured and they are provided with the best medical facilities.

The CM has instructed the officials to keep the officials informed about the situation at every level and to give continuous updates about the accident. Apart from this, he has also asked the ministers near the incident site to immediately reach there and take stock of the situation and provide all possible help to the administration. CM Reddy has directed the Collector of Rangareddy District to give further impetus to the rescue and relief operations, so that the affected people can get immediate and effective assistance.

Prime Minister Modi announced an ex-gratia of Rs 2 lakh from PMNRF for the families of the deceased and Rs 50,000 for the injured. BJP cannot tolerate the success of minority leader

Congress gave a sharp reply to BJP’s allegations calling it communal politics. State Congress spokesperson and MP Chamla Kiran Kumar Reddy said that BJP cannot see a prominent minority leader coming into the cabinet. She is inciting communal sentiments in Jubilee Hills.
