If CBI wanted to bring out the truth, it would have filed evidence like chat records, technical data, statements of witnesses, medical reports, bank statements in the court. This has not been done. We will file a petition against this closure report. This is a weak report which will not hold up in the court.

Let us tell you that CBI had filed two closure reports in March. The first report was based on the complaint of Sushant’s father KK Singh. In which it was alleged that Rhea had instigated Sushant to commit suicide and had misused his property. Secondly, a complaint was lodged against Riya by her sisters. According to CBI report, Sushant had committed suicide. Rhea and Sushant were not living together between June 8-14. Riya and her brother Shouvik left home on June 8.
