Revenge owner of Delhi Capitals

Delhi Capitals franchise is owned by GMR Group (Kiran Kumar Gandhi) and JSW Group (Parth Jindal). There is an agreement between the two parties, under which both the groups will take charge of the DC franchise for two years each. Since GMR Group was in control in 2025 and 2026, the owner of the Delhi Capitals franchise will change from 2027 and the Parth Jindal-led JSW Group will take control of the franchise in 2028 as well.

Big bet played on Rishabh Pant

There is news that Delhi Capitals can add Rishabh Pant for Rs 15 crore, whereas he used to get Rs 27 crore from LSG. It is being told that Delhi Capitals and Lucknow Super Giants are busy finalizing the formalities of this trade deal. After this, the trade deal will be sent to BCCI for approval.

Rishabh Pant made his IPL debut for Delhi Capitals in the year 2016. He scored 3284 runs in 111 matches for Delhi in 9 seasons. But in the last two seasons for Lucknow Super Giants, Pant has scored only 581 runs in 28 matches.
