Miss Haryana 2023 Ruchi arrived at Cannes’s red carpet with a Rajasthani bride look. During this time, everyone’s attention went to his customized necklace in which three photos of PM Modi were taken.

He was a necklace traditional Rajasthani, which he had pair with a golden color lehenga. This outfit was prepared by designer Rupa Sharma, which had a mirror work as well as Gota leaf and embodence. With this dress, Ruchi paired the binding scarf with Zardozi and Gota leaf embroidery. Regarding the dupatta, he said- ‘Wearing this dupatta, I felt as if I was covering the soul of Rajasthan.’

He further said- ‘Prime Minister Modi has again defined the image of India worldwide. I wanted to take that pride with me. Representing Rajasthan and India in Cannes is not just a moment for me, this is a message to the world who we are.
