That means, earlier these people had come to India illegally and now they are trying to return back to their country.

Talking to Indian Express, Abdul Momin told that he came to India from Satkhira district five years ago. He told that he had come to Domjud in Howrah through a broker. Fearing the SIR (Special Intensive Care Unit) operation, he reached Hakimpur early in the morning with his wife and two children.
