Pakistan captain Shaheen Afridi won the toss and decided to bat first. Pakistan could score 269 runs at the loss of 9 wickets in 50 overs. Salman Ali Aga was the top scorer by scoring 69 runs on 106 balls. Saim Ayub played an inning of 53 runs and Mohammad Nawaz played an inning of 59 runs. Babar Azam was out after scoring 11 runs and Rizwan after scoring 4 runs.
