The festival of lights, Diwali, is being celebrated with great pomp across the country. Indian cricketers celebrated Diwali in a special way. On the occasion of Diwali, cricket legends have also wished Diwali to their fans. Many veteran cricketers including ICC Chairman Jai Shah are included in this. Virat Kohli from Australia gave a special message on the occasion of Diwali.

India’s ODI team vice-captain Shreyas Iyer wrote, “Happy Diwali to everyone! May your lives be filled with light, love and infinite joy.”

Indian team’s T20 captain Suryakumar Yadav wrote, “Light, happiness and lots of positivity. Wishing you all a sparkling Diwali!”

Indian men’s cricket team head coach Gautam Gambhir wrote, “Happy Diwali to everyone! May all darkness be dispelled with the light of this holy festival!”

On the occasion of Diwali, many famous cricketers including Sachin Tendulkar have wished fans through social media. Master-blaster Sachin Tendulkar shared a video on Instagram and said, “Wishing you a happy and safe Diwali. Enjoy and take care.”
