Saif ali khan attack case: Bandra police have filed a 1613 -page charge sheet in the attack on Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan. In this charge sheet, Bandra Police has added 2 reports of fingerprint. A report reported that fingerprint samples taken from inside the flat of Saif Ali Khan, where Bangladeshi citizen and accused in the case were attacked by Shariful Islam Sajjad, the actor was not matching the accused.

Sources had earlier told ABP News that 19 samples were sent to the fingerprint bureau of the state CID and none of them were matching the suspect. Now in the charge sheet, it is clearly stated in the fingerprint analysis of the CID that 20 fingerprint samples deposited from different parts of Saif’s house were either not capable of identity or not good for forensic comparison.

Fingerprints found from Saif’s house do not meet the accused
The report states that seven out of 20 chances prints were taken at the door behind the bathroom, a sliding bedroom door and two on the cupboard door. These prints do not match any fingerprints of fingerprints obtained for comparison of Shahid Shabbir Syed (suspect) and Shariful Islam Shahzad (arrested).

In the charge sheet, the report of the attached fingerprint further wrote-‘Along with the upcoming chances print, the National Automated Fingerprint Identification System (NAFIS) and the automated multi-model biometric Identification system (AMBIS) were also discovered and all NCRB and Maharashtra’s finger and Maharashtra’s finger and Maharashtra were also discovered on the records of New Delhi and Maharashtra. Many fingerprints were not found correct for investigation

A chance marks were taken on the wooden door, two chance marks and palm marks on the bathroom marble and the bedroom doors were also taken from the door. But all these prints do not disclose the ridge details in the correct numbers and hence all is not right for comparison and investigation.

Match with a fingerprint accused
Apart from this, another CID report has been added to the charge sheet, which states that a single palm impression found on the 8th floor of the building matches the impression of the accused. The charge sheet includes another report from the finger print bureau that confirms Milan with Saif Ali Khan’s two employees- Nilesh Hari Gavade and Hemlal Nyapane. Legal specialists say that the matching print was not found at the actual scene, so it can keep a limited value in the court. However, the Mumbai Police says that they have enough evidence against the accused. Which includes both digital and scientific evidence.

Accused demands bail

CCTV footage allegedly corresponds to a facial identification report and one of Khan’s domestic assistants also identified the accused during the identity parade. The charge sheet of Bandra Police further states that the mobile tower location data of the accused shows that he was on the spot on the day of the incident. Explain that the accused has already filed a bail petition through his lawyer Sangram Jadhav and the case can be heard on April 17 in the sessions court.

She was very scared, immediately I and Kareena went towards Jeh Baba’s room. We reached there and saw that wearing black clothes, wearing something like a hat on my head, lean, dark color, about 5 feet 5 inches long, a man of about 30 to 35 years was standing on the right side of Jeh Baba’s bed, a knife in his right hand and hexablade in the left hand. ‘

‘Kareena shouted loudly after seeing the attack’
The actor further said- ‘I asked him who is? What do you want? Eliama was standing on the left side of Jeh Baba’s bed. The person had a knife in his hand and he was standing very close to Jeh Baba. Saif went away after locking the thief in the room

About two days later, I hired her as a housekeeper in a pub in Worli Koliwada, Mumbai and arranged to live in Worli Koliwada, to live with others working in our agency. Vijay worked in the pub for four months.

In November 2024, our agency was given a contract for housekeeping work at a hotel in Hiranandani Estate in Thane West, Thane. At that time, I sent Vijay to work there and arranged for his stay in the nearby labor camp. Vijay Das worked at that place till December 15, 2024. On December 15, 2024, our contract was completed and then Vijay again came to live in Worli Koliwada. After going to Worli Koliwada, I hired Vijay in our agency in Prabhadevi, Mumbai. He worked at that place for ten days.

Vijay worked at that place till 5 January, 2025. After that I sent him to work in a hotel in Bandra West, Mumbai from 9 January 2025. Vijay used to work at the said place from 5:00 pm to 1:00 pm and used to go to his room in Worli Koliwada to sleep.

We had not gone to work for several days

Vijay worked in Bandra till 13 January 2025. After that I came to know that Vijay did not come to work for two-three days. At that time I tried to call him again and again. But Vijay’s phone was coming off. Then at around 11:00 pm on January 16, I got a call from an unknown mobile number (I cannot tell which number is there because there is a lot of calls in my phone) he told me that Vijay Das is speaking, why did I not come to work for two days. When he was asked about this, he told me that while coming to work, I had a fight with a person in the train in Mahim.

The attacker took thousand rupees from the owner

Vijay told me that the person was a policeman, so he took me to the police station and closed me. At the time when I asked him in which police station he was locked, he did not tell. At around 07:30 in the day, Vijay called me from the phone of a person named Rohit Yadav, who lives in our agency Worli Koliwada and said that he needed money, he asked me to send money on Rohit’s phone. At that time I sent 1000 rupees to Vijay on Rohit’s phone number.

The attacker was working by hiding identity

The owner of the attacker told that, on the night of 18 January, when I was watching TV at home, I saw the news about the attack on actor Saif Ali Khan, and a photo of a person was seen in it, who attacked Saif Ali Khan. Seeing the face of that suspect and the shirt he wore, I realized that he was Vijay Das, who works in our agency.

Then the next morning I decided to inform the police about the case. But the next day I heard on TV that he got caught. “He said,” In this context, when the police called me and questioned me, I came to know that Vijay Das’s real name is Mohammad Shariful Sajjad Rohul Amin Fakir and he is a citizen of Bangladesh.

The accused was captured in CCTV camera. In which he would climb up at 01.37 am on January 16 and then appears to come down at 02.37. Police found evidence at the actor’s house

According to the charge sheet, the accused was seen coming out of the premises of Bharti Villa Building in CCTV footage at 3:37 am on 16 January. But no one came to know about him.
