While talking on Pakistani channel, Shoaib Akhtar said that ‘Pakistani cricket has got a big player in the form of Sam Ayub, whose credit can be given to the Pakistani management. Pakistan cricket team has defeated South Africa in ODI and T20. This was Pakistan’s home series, in which Sam Ayub’s tremendous performance was seen. Sam Ayub played an inning of 77 runs in the third and last ODI against South Africa and Pakistan won the match by 7 wickets. Along with this, the series was also captured.

Pakistan’s opening batsman Sam Ayub scored 169 runs in three ODI matches against South Africa, scoring half-centuries in two matches.
