During his college days, he noticed that everyone talked about diet and weight loss. At that time there was a trend of ‘Size Zero’ and looking slim was considered most important. In childhood, they were never taught that good health and proper eating habits are important. Also, due to working in front of the camera, the pressure on the artists increases further.

Meanwhile, Sana realized that she was more busy controlling her body and food than living her life. She realized that if she did not come out of it in time, it would affect her future life as well. After this he decided to cure himself and also started paying attention to his mental and physical health.
